We need your help

A letter from Maureen

Dear family & friends,

I would be very grateful if you can help with the following:

• Donations of gifts for our Christmas raffle & 12th Night raffle.
  This raises much needed funds to entertain the residents.

• Raffle tickets can be purchased from Maureen or Lyn in the office.

• Also we like to give our residents a little ‘tipple’ on special occasions, so any donations of red or white wine, sherry and mince pies will be very welcome over the Christmas season.

  Please come along and join us for all our events.  You are all very welcome.

• Are there any talented folk out there.  We are looking for a pianist (up to three evenings per week).  However, just one evening now and again would be wonderful if you can help.   Please contact us if you are interested.

• If you can sing, play an instrument, read, recite poetry or just help us mark off cards when playing bingo, we urgently need your help.

• We are hoping to start a ‘Friends of Warrengate’ group in March.  This will give you a voice in the care we give and will also help us in organising events to suit each resident.  Please come along and join us at 7 pm on Tuesday 13th March 2007.
